Work with a Registered Dietitian over three (3) months for personalized guidance on changing nutrition and lifestyle habits to meet your goals.
Each person’s needs and experiences with nutrition are different. This guided process begins with a comprehensive assessment and continues with practical strategies and ongoing support—helping you build a way of eating that is realistic and sustainable over time.
Where relevant, your care may be adapted to medical conditions and include guidance on areas such as meal composition, macronutrient balance and metabolic health.

A comprehensive review of your nutrition habits, health history, goals, and day-to-day patterns to understand what’s driving your current challenges. This may include the use of a food journaling tool to help identify behaviours that influence your eating, as well as discussion of factors such as blood sugar regulation, digestion, or metabolic markers where appropriate.
A personalized nutrition strategy tailored to your preferences, lifestyle, and culture, with a focus on realistic, sustainable change. Your plan will emphasize nutrient dense meals to support energy, metabolic function, and long-term health, rather than calorie counting or restrictive approaches.
Three (3) regular sessions to adjust and provide ongoing guidance to meet your nutrition and health goals. This includes practical strategies for implementation, along with support for cravings, habit formation, and behaviour change using evidence-informed approaches such as motivational interviewing, mindful eating, cognitive strategies, and intuitive eating principles.
For existing patients, care may be coordinated with other members of your clinical team at Medalma to support a more integrated, collaborative approach to your health.
