About Us

A virtual physician-led clinic for hormone and metabolic health

MEDALMA provides evidence-based care across Québec, with continuous physician oversight and long-term follow-up.

Our approach to care

Medicine first. Built for continuity.

Care is delivered within a regulated medical framework under physician oversight and guided by evidence-based practice.

We evaluate how hormonal and metabolic systems interact and contribute to changes in health, function, and wellbeing — rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Treatment is managed as an ongoing clinical partnership. Plans are reviewed and adjusted over time based on symptoms, laboratory results, response to treatment, and long-term health goals.
