Dr. Callendar pursued her undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto before completing four years at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is a Certified Sports Nutritionist and has further honed her expertise with additional training in pelvic health and assessment.
Her experiences at the University of Toronto, where she interviewed scientists and athletes in the realm of aging and sports, opened her eyes to the amazing possibilities of the human body as it ages, particularly with the right care and attention.
Her primary clinical focus lies in women’s health, with particular emphasis on hormonal and pelvic health. She is committed to finding sustainable, enjoyable ways for her patients to enhance and maintain their wellbeing. Utilizing the cornerstones of health – movement, diet, mindset, rest, and connection – as a foundation, Dr. Callendar guides her patients in optimizing their long-term health and wellness.
